Nine channels sit behind a single unified message API. Each channel has its own message types, provider onboarding, and rate limits — the router handles the differences so you can code once.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and RCS are generally available today. SMS, Messenger, Email, Voice, and Push have working adapters and are rolling out to select customers with production traffic.
Not every feature is available on every channel. The router surfaces channel capabilities so your code can degrade gracefully — for example, falling back from a rich card on RCS to a link on SMS.
